Authorization to accept an award of $4,524,870 from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to advance nature-based shoreline adaptation implementation, permitting and governance, and to negotiate and enter into subaward agreements with: East Bay Regional Parks District in an amount not to exceed $550,000; Save The Bay in amount not to exceed $780,000; and the East Bay Dischargers Authority in an amount not to exceed $1,375,000

Authorization to accept an award of $6,102,000 from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to undertake watershed-scale planning and implementation in the North Richmond/Wildcat Creek Watershed and to negotiate and to enter into subawards with: Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District in an amount not to exceed $2,500,000; The Watershed Project in amount not to exceed $450,000; and Urban Tilth in an amount not to exceed $150,000

Authorization to negotiate and enter into a contract with Frontier Energy, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $240,000 for Administrative, Data and Outreach Services for BayREN Local Government Programs
