Plan Bay Area 2040, an update to the region’s long-range transportation and land use plan, has marked a major milestone with the adoption of the Final Preferred Scenario by the MTC Commission and ABAG Executive Board.
Today the Draft Preferred Land Use Scenario was released, marking a major milestone toward the development of Plan Bay Area 2040. The Draft Preferred Scenario represents a regional pattern of household and employment growth by the year 2040, and includes a corresponding transportation investment strategy.
