Approval of ABAG Meeting Calendar for 2026

Adoption of a ABAG Resolution No. 13-2025, authorization to receive grant funds in the amount of $2,240,000 from the Ocean Protection Council for the Regional Shoreline Adaptation Plan on behalf of the Association of Bay Area Governments and the San Francisco Estuary Partnership

Authorization to negotiate and enter into a funding agreement amendment with the California State Coastal Conservancy (SCC) for the Mountain View Portion of the South Bay Salt Pond Restoration Project to revise the period of performance to be concurrent with the grant agreement between the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) and the California State Department of Water Resources (DWR).

Adoption of Resolution No. 12 2025 authorization to submit a grant application to the State Water Resources Control Board’s State Revolving Fund for Clean Water on behalf of the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) and the San Francsico Estuary Partnership (SFEP) and, if awarded, to negotiate and enter into an agreement with the State Water Resources Control Board for up to $1 million for update of the Estuary Blueprint and the State of Our Estuary website

Authorization to negotiate and enter into a contract amendment with Frontier Energy, Inc. to extend their existing contract for Administrative, Data, and Outreach Services for BayREN local government programs through December 31, 2027 and to add up to $283,826, for a total contract amount not to exceed $523,636, on behalf of the Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN)

Authorization to negotiate and enter into a contract amendment with the Law Office of Elizabeth Kelly in the amount of $300,000, for a cumulative total amount not to exceed $1,000,000, to provide regulatory support services for the Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN) and Tri-County Regional Energy Network (3C-REN) through December 31, 2027

Authorization to negotiate and enter into a contract amendment with The Energy Coalition in the amount of $550,000, for a cumulative total amount not to exceed $1,300,000, to provide shared technical and regulatory support services for the Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN) and Tri-County Regional Energy Network (3C-REN) through December 31, 2027.
