MTC Resolution No. 4671. Design Immunity for the Regional Mapping and Wayfinding Project

The proposed action revises the FY2024-25 MTC Fund Estimate and allocates $141.4 million in FY2024-25 Transportation Development Act (TDA), State Transit Assistance (STA), Regional Measure 2 (RM2), Regional Measure 3 (RM3), and Senate Bill 125 (SB 125) funds to four transit operators to support transit operations and capital projects in the region.

Approval of a proposed amendment to Plan Bay Area 2050 (“Plan”) to include the Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District’s (SMART) passenger rail service extension to Healdsburg, and the approval of two companion technical documents: the Transportation-Air Quality Conformity Analysis (Conformity Analysis) and the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) Addendum. These documents demonstrate that the Amended Plan complies with federal air quality standards and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
